The Suntech STP-NT11/48QGDF-475 475W Solar Panel is part of Suntech’s Ultra T 3.0 series and combines N-Type TOPCon technology with a modern Black Thru bifacial dual-glass design. It is designed for residential, commercial and distributed solar applications where high efficiency, modern appearance and additional rear-side energy generation are important.

The STP-NT11/48QGDF series uses multi-cut cell technology, which reduces internal current and helps minimise power losses and hot-spot risk. Suntech also incorporates edge passivation and Poly-Finger technology into its Ultra T 3.0 platform to improve module performance and reliability.

The 475W version uses N-Type monocrystalline technology with 192 cells, a black frame and glass-glass construction. The module has a maximum system voltage of 1500V DC, while the published series specifications include a module efficiency of up to 24.3%.

The Black Thru bifacial construction allows the module to utilise light reaching the rear side of the panel, potentially increasing energy yield depending on mounting configuration, ground reflectivity and installation conditions. Suntech lists the STP-NT11/48QGDF as its Black Thru Bifacial version, alongside separate monofacial Ultra T 3.0 variants.

With dimensions of approximately 1762 × 1134 × 30mm and a weight of approximately 21kg, the panel provides a high-power solution in a compact residential-format module.
