The PDL354PBDMUN-VW PDL Iconic Universal LED Dimmer is a versatile 300 Series dimmer mechanism designed to provide smooth and convenient lighting control. Finished in Vivid White, this push-button dimmer integrates neatly with the PDL Iconic range and is suitable for residential, commercial and modern lighting installations.

This universal LED dimmer supports multiple compatible load types, including incandescent lamps up to 300W, medium-voltage halogen lamps up to 300W and low-voltage halogen lamps with an iron-core transformer up to 300W. For compatible dimmable LED lighting drivers, the maximum load is 200W. Dimmable fluorescent and compact fluorescent loads are also supported up to 200W.

The PDL354PBDMUN-VW uses a convenient push-button control for brightness adjustment and incorporates ControlLink functionality for multi-way switching and dimming applications. PDL states that two-way dimming and switching can be achieved using the PDL356PBSS-VW ControlLink mechanism.

The mechanism features clip-in fixing and is designed for flush mounting within compatible PDL Iconic wall plate configurations. Its compact dimensions are 23.5mm high × 23.5mm wide × 42mm deep, with an embedding depth of 39mm.

A warm-white LED indicator provides local signalling, while short-circuit protection adds an extra level of protection during operation. The dimmer is rated for 220–240V AC, 50Hz and complies with AS/NZS 60669.2.1, with an IP20 degree of protection.

The dimmer also supports load derating when multiple devices are installed together. One device can handle 300W without derating, while the allowable load reduces when two or more dimmers are installed in the same configuration.
