This kit is supplied without alarm cable, allowing installers to select the appropriate cable length and type for the specific property and installation requirements.

Four PIR Sensors for Multi-Area Protection

With four PIR motion sensors included, this kit can provide detection coverage across multiple rooms or areas of a property. PIR sensors detect movement within their coverage area and communicate with the alarm control panel when configured as part of the security system.

The final sensor locations should be determined according to the property layout, security requirements and manufacturer’s installation instructions.

LCD Keypad

The included LCD keypad provides users with an interface for operating the EliteControl security system. Depending on system configuration, the keypad can be used for functions such as arming, disarming, system status and programming.

No Alarm Cable Included

This kit is supplied without alarm cable. This gives installers flexibility to purchase the required cable separately according to the installation.

Installation

The appropriate number and positioning of PIR sensors should be determined based on the property’s layout and security requirements. Alarm equipment should be installed, programmed and commissioned according to the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable New Zealand requirements.
