PDL381M20 PDL Pro Series 1/2-Way Switch 20A | 16AX 300 Series

The PDL381M20 PDL Pro Series Universal Rocker Switch is a high-performance 300 Series switch mechanism designed for reliable lighting control in residential and commercial electrical installations. With both 1-way and 2-way switching functionality, this PDL Iconic mechanism provides flexible control from one or multiple locations.

Rated at 20A / 16AX and 230/240V AC, the PDL381M20 is suitable for a range of lighting applications, including fluorescent, LEDi, inductive and general lighting loads. PDL specifies an LEDi lamp load of up to 250W, making this switch a versatile option for compatible lighting installations.

The PDL381M20 1/2-way switch mechanism features a universal rocker actuator and four screw terminals for secure electrical connections. The terminals accommodate stranded, flexible and rigid conductors up to 1.5mm². Clip-in fixing allows the mechanism to be installed into compatible PDL Iconic 300 Series grid assemblies.

With dimensions of just 23mm wide × 23mm high × 32mm deep, the PDL381M20 has a compact modular design that integrates neatly into compatible PDL Iconic wall plate configurations. PDL’s Iconic documentation confirms that Iconic grids are designed for 300 Series mechanisms, including the 381M20.

The switch has a matt white finish and is manufactured using polycarbonate and PA66 housing materials. It is RCM certified and rated for 20,000 electrical switching cycles in accordance with AS/NZS 60669. The mechanism also has an M100 motor rating under AS/NZS 3133.
