VYNCO V40 V Series 40 Way Distribution Board – Flush Mount

The VYNCO V40 40 Way Switchboard is part of the V Series range of distribution boards designed and engineered in New Zealand. With a 40-way, 2-row configuration, the V40 provides practical space for electrical distribution equipment in residential and commercial installations.

The V40 features a plastic base, door and surround, with a robust design focused on convenient installation. Large cable entries are provided at the top, bottom and sides, helping simplify cable installation and wiring access.

A reversible back box allows installation flexibility and is designed to fit 3-inch stud depths. The secure latch design helps prevent the doors from opening inadvertently, while the ribbed door construction provides additional strength. Captive screws are also incorporated into the design.

The V40 is supplied bagged for protection and has a base size of 412 × 395 × 66 mm, with a 437 × 419 mm surround.

For staged electrical installations, VYNCO’s Box Ahead system allows the V40 base (V40B) to be installed during the prewire stage, with the V40 door and surround (V40D) purchased for installation during fit-off. This can provide greater flexibility when coordinating installation stages.
