Trade Haven provides secure payment options for customers purchasing products through our website and other approved sales channels.
Payment Methods
Payment methods available at checkout may include credit card, debit card, bank transfer or other payment options offered by Trade Haven from time to time.
All payments must be successfully received before an order is dispatched unless alternative payment terms have been approved in writing for an authorised Trade Account customer.
Payment Security
Where online card payments are available, payment information is processed through secure third-party payment providers. Trade Haven does not intentionally store complete credit or debit card details on our website.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment information they provide is accurate and that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Fraud Prevention
Trade Haven may carry out reasonable checks on transactions to help prevent fraud, unauthorised payments or other suspicious activity.
We reserve the right to delay, decline or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity, subject to applicable law.
Payment Errors
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed or otherwise not successfully received, Trade Haven may place the order on hold until payment has been confirmed.
If an incorrect amount has been charged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a correction or refund.
