The Suntech STP450S-H48-Nth+ 450W Solar Panel is a high-efficiency N-Type TOPCon bifacial solar module designed for residential, commercial and other photovoltaic applications. It uses 96 N-type monocrystalline cells in a half-cell configuration and a transparent black glass-glass design. Suntech specifies module efficiency of 22.5% for the 450W version.
The bifacial design allows the module to generate additional energy from light reaching the rear side of the panel. Suntech specifies a reference bifaciality factor of 80% ±5%, with actual rear-side energy gain depending on installation conditions, mounting arrangement, panel orientation and ground reflectivity.
The STP450S-H48-Nth+ has a maximum power output of 450W, with an operating voltage of 30.04V and operating current of 14.98A under standard test conditions. Open-circuit voltage is 35.37V, while short-circuit current is 15.92A.
The module measures 1762 × 1134 × 30mm and weighs approximately 21.5kg. It features IP68-rated junction boxes, a 1500V DC maximum system voltage and a 35A maximum series fuse rating.
