The Clenergy EZ-GL-ST Grounding Lug is a dedicated earthing and grounding component for Clenergy PV mounting systems. It is designed to provide a reliable connection between the solar mounting structure and the grounding conductor, helping establish electrical continuity within compatible PV mounting systems.
The EZ-GL-ST is designed for installation into the ECO, T50 and T110 rails using a Z module. Clenergy’s documentation specifies a maximum cable size of 10mm². The grounding lug has dimensions of approximately 23mm wide × 45mm long and weighs approximately 0.087kg per unit in the current datasheet.
The assembly consists of a grounding lug and copper pipe, with SUS304 stainless-steel bolt and washer and an AL6005-T5 aluminium Z module. The lug and pipe are manufactured from Hpb59-1 material.
