EZ Click Module C5 Screws Only Black

The Clenergy ER-I-05A/EZC/BA is a PV-ezRack SolarRoof Tin Interface A with ezClick Connection, designed for installing solar PV mounting systems on tin roofs. Its integrated ezClick connection provides a convenient method of attaching compatible Clenergy rails to the roof interface.

The interface is designed for use with metal or timber purlins and includes a Buildex 14-11 × 70mm screw with a 16mm aluminium bonded washer. A 2mm EPDM rubber pad is pre-fitted to provide sealing between the interface and roof surface.

The main structure is manufactured from AL6005-T5 aluminium, while the bolts, washers and nuts are made from SUS304 stainless steel. The supplied ER-I-05A/EZC/BA screw is Carbon Steel SAE1022 with Climaseal 3 finish. The complete interface has a black anodised finish.

The Clenergy specification gives a roof clearance of 105–128mm and dimensions of approximately 40 × 38 × 84mm. Each unit weighs approximately 0.147kg and is supplied in packs of 24 units, with 4 packs per carton.

The product is specified to AS/NZS 1170.2:2021, making it suitable for compatible Clenergy PV-ezRack SolarRoof installations where the system design and installation requirements are met.
